Oriental crystal cherries in brine(SO2) are primarily produced from the Lapins variety, valued for its natural firmness and bright appearance. Through a specialized firming process (commonly including sulfur dioxide treatment), the fruit develops a tighter cellular structure, delivering a crisp texture, strong heat resistance, and minimal breakage during processing.

Harvested from our own orchards and trusted cooperative farms, the cherries are packed in plastic drum using mature and stable technology. Production strictly follows HACCP standards and complies with destination country regulations. From fruit size, quality, and colour control to final specifications, every step is carefully managed to fully meet customer requirements. Ideal for bakery, high-temperature processing, and applications where shape retention is essential.
